Flexible EXCHANGE and RETURNS policy
All returns must be made in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged and with in 28 days of the invoice reciept date. Its adviseable to get proof of postage from the post office. Please ensure that you include your contact details with any returns.
As soon as we receive the returned good we will process your request for a replacement as soon as possible. If the goods were damaged we will issue a replacement free of charge. If however, you ordered the wrong size, you will be charged for the return postage.
When returning do not put sticky tape directly onto the heelys box.
Pre ordering we welcome pre ordering for new styles to insure you get the latest styles first
